About

After years designing training programs — most recently at Meta — I'm now building the AI-powered tools and systems that the next generation of learning and operations will run on. I focus on closing the gap between adult learning theory and technical execution: analyzing workflows, then using generative AI and automation to architect solutions that solve real performance problems. I'm hands-on with the build process itself, working directly with AI development tools to design, build, and maintain what I create — not just direct it from a distance.

Outside of work, I'm owned by two three-legged cats who insist on supervising all of this.

Policy Update Training Module

A gamified training module, built with Claude Code, that helps content moderators re-familiarize themselves with a newly restructured policy for a fictional MMORPG. Learners explore the updated policy through a scavenger hunt, then apply it to realistic in-game scenarios — from RMT scams to chat violations.
